How does zero-commission actually work?

Providers pay a flat monthly subscription. We never take a cut of bookings — every dollar paid by an owner goes to the provider (after payment processing).

How do I find and book a provider?

Search, message, agree, and pay through pilo.pet. Your payment is protected from booking confirmation until the end of service.

What pet types are supported?

Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, hamsters, reptiles, fish & more. Each provider lists the species they care for.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before booking. Within 48h, each provider's policy applies — shown clearly before you book.
